Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside of the 19067 zip code this fee will vary.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. For orders received after that time we will do our best to deliver the same day, otherwise they will be delivered the following day. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it for regular deliveries. For an additional fee we can guarantee a one hour delivery window.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly at (215) 493-5656. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Substitution Policy

Due to supply chain issues, certain flowers and containers have limited availability.  We will make every effort to fill each order as pictured, but we may need to substitute some stems.  Each order will always be made to the value paid.  Thank you for your understanding and continued business.  

Our Guarantee

We back all of the selections in this catalog with our satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations we will replace it promptly. All replacements are honored within 5 days of delivery - original products must be returned.
